Blue Crab Festival

Held annually in May, Little River's Blue Crab Festival is heralded nationally as one of the country's top events paying tribute to the famous blue crab. The weekend event, held annually in May, features some of the nation's top artisans and entertainers. A Little River institution, the Blue Crab Festival features delicious local seafood and of course, blue crab. Throughout the years, the festival has grown in the number of vendors and attendees, and is now among South Carolina's most popular events.
